This project is the steel structure engineering of Shenyang Unilogix Northeast E-commerce Operation Center, situated in Yongan Economic Zone, Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
The single warehouse has a building area of 23,040 square meters, with the total building area of the project reaching 100,000 square meters. The workshop adopts a portal frame structure with a light steel roofing system. As a core e-commerce logistics hub in Northeast China, this steel structure workshop is tailored to meet the full-chain operation needs of IoT-enabled e-commerce businesses.
We apply a portal frame structure and light steel roofing system. The design provides a flexible column grid layout, and excellent cold and weather resistance to adapt to the city's climate. It also features fast construction and high load-bearing capacity. These strengths meet the demands of high-frequency e-commerce logistics operations, equipment installation and future capacity expansion, and support the efficient operation of the operation center.
